Gallery: Past Events Description: Chris Dobey should arguably win the freedom of Newcastle after he won the 2016 Newcastle Masters hosted by NE sporting events.

In winning the final he averaged 107 in a 4-0 victory over Dean Winstanley after previous win against 2 x Major winner Robert Thornton (4-2) in the Last 8 and a semi final victory over Devon Petersen 4-1. Dobey is hitting some fantastic form as of late climbing up the PDC ladder, it was only an exhibition yes, nonetheless he is continuing to beat the big names and rising in the rankings.
